How We Assure Gearbox Quality
- Design: professional, competent design engineers use modern design systems. Each gearbox is sized by torque, service factor, life factor and thermal power.
- Manufacturing: flexible, modern machinery gives a steady flow of accurate components.
- Inspection: all parts are carefully checked on precision equipment by our in-house quality control department.
- Testing: gearboxes are tested to in-house specifications in line with ISO practice before dispatch.
- Supply condition: units are dispatched ready for installation in the specified mounting position, with internal parts protected by test oil, painted, suitably packed, and supplied with mounting hardware for the motor.
