A planetary geared motor combines a Kavitsu planetary gearbox and an electric motor in one ready-to-install drive. Kavitsu Transmissions manufactures planetary geared motors in Satara, Maharashtra. We fit our own KIVI three-phase induction motors or customer-specified IEC motors.

You get one supplier for the complete drive: the gearbox and motor are matched, aligned and tested together. Output speeds can be as low as 0.01 rpm, which makes these geared motors ideal for slow, high-torque process machines.
